Team tools

Route leads by rule, lock brand elements, import and edit in bulk, see a leaderboard, run subteams and partners, and use your own domain.

These come with the Business plan, for a team’s owners and admins.

Lead routing

Under Lead routing, make rules that choose who gets each new contact: by email domain, company, tag, event or an answer on the form. Rules run in order and the first match decides. Pick several people to share contacts in turn. With no match, a contact stays with the person whose card it came through. Contacts someone adds themselves stay theirs.

Brand control

Under Brand control, set what your team’s cards and email signatures carry, and tap a lock so members can’t change that field. Owners and admins always can. Apply to all cards writes the template to every team card now, and new members’ cards start from it.

Bulk tools

On Members, select Import from a spreadsheet to invite people from a CSV. An email column is enough; name, role, job title, phone and group fill in the rest. Bulk edit puts every team card in one table, to change them all at once.

Leaderboard

Leaderboard ranks your team by contacts captured, with views, saves and follow-ups, plus views by channel and contacts by event.

Groups

Groups are for departments, regions, franchisees or resellers. Each can have its own admins, who manage its people and their cards but nothing else in the team, and its own branding, which its members’ cards use and show.

Domains

Under Domains, put your team’s cards on a branded subdomain, ready straight away, or on your own domain, by adding a DNS record where it’s managed. Your cards’ links and QR codes then use it. Already shared links keep working.
