Events
Every contact captured at an event is filed under it, with a dashboard and ROI estimate for each, and a kiosk for your booth.
With Pro, create an event under Events before a conference or trade show. A team’s owners and admins can create one for the whole team. In the Linq mobile app, tap the calendar at the top of Contacts.
Filing contacts
Everything you capture while an event is running is filed under it: it gets the event’s tag, and says where you met. If events overlap, or you’re capturing outside its dates, select I’m here on the one you’re at.
The dashboard
Open an event to see its contacts per day, where they stand, how they were captured and who has them.
Add what attending cost and what a contact is worth to you, and you’ll also see the cost per contact and an estimated return. It’s an estimate from the numbers you entered: Linq doesn’t know what a contact turned into.
Kiosk mode
For a shared tablet at your booth, create a link under Events → Kiosk and open it on the tablet. Anyone walking up can leave their details. The form clears for the next person after each contact, and after a minute of nobody touching it, and it never shows who signed up before.
Turn off stops a link straight away, even on a tablet that’s showing it.
