What makes a good signature
- Short. Name, role, company, one phone number, one link. People scroll past a wall of icons.
- Text, not a picture. A signature that is one image can't be copied, searched or read aloud, and often doesn't load.
- One call to action. A “Save my contact” link does more than six social icons, because it puts you in their phone.
- The same on every account. Work mail, personal mail, the phone app: paste it everywhere you send from.
What a Linq card adds
This generator gives you a clean text signature. A free Linq card does the same in one click, plus the things a form can't: your photo, three layouts in your card color, and a Save my contact button that opens your card, where people get a contact file and can send their details back. When your details change, the link still opens the current version. How the card's signature works, or create your free card.
