Use more than one card

With Linq Pro, keep up to 10 digital cards, such as one per business or role, switch between them, name them and remove the ones you no longer need.

Everyone starts with one card, their main card. With Linq Pro you can have up to 10 cards, each with its own link, QR code, details, color and documents. For example, one for your day job and one for your freelance work, or one per shop you run.

Create a card

  1. Open the card switcher: on a computer it’s at the bottom of the sidebar; on your phone, tap your card’s picture at the top of the screen.
  2. Select New card.

The new card opens in My card as a draft, with your name and email already filled in. Add the rest, then turn on Live when it’s ready. See Edit your card and Publish your card.

On the Free plan, New card shows a Pro badge.

Switch between cards

Open the card switcher and choose a card. Home, My card, Documents and the Share my card button all follow the card you pick, so you always share and edit the one you see. A dot next to each card shows whether it’s Live, a Draft or Paused.

Name your cards

Give each card a name only you see, such as Work or Freelance, so they’re easy to tell apart. In My card, fill in Card name under This card, then select Save.

Contacts and insights

Contacts lists everyone from all your cards. With more than one card, each contact shows which card they came from (via Work), and the CSV export has a Card column. Insights totals all your cards and breaks them down per card.

Remove a card

  1. Switch to the card you want to remove.
  2. In My card, under This card, select Remove card and confirm.

Its link and QR code stop working right away. The contacts it collected stay in Contacts. You can’t remove your last card, or a card that a physical NFC card opens.

If Pro ends

Only your main card stays online. Your other cards are paused: their links show This card isn’t available and they can’t receive contacts. Nothing is deleted, and they come back as soon as you upgrade again. My card shows a banner on paused cards.
