Your Business Card
Give your business its own page with Linq Business: live opening hours, location, services, photos, reviews, your team and a contact form, plus performance.
The Business Card is your business’s own public page, at a link like app.linq-business.com/b/your-business. Everyone on your team already has a card; the Business Card is the one for the company. It’s part of Linq Business ($19.99 a month, with a team of 10 included). See Plans and billing.
Customers who open it see:
- your logo, cover, name, category and a short tagline, in your brand color
- whether you’re open right now, when you close, or when you open next
- a main button to book, order, get a quote or see your menu
- one tap to call, get directions, open your website or save your contact
- your highlights, an about section, opening hours, location and map
- services and prices, photos, reviews and answers to common questions
- your team, each linked to their own card
- a contact form whose messages land in your Contacts
Sections you leave empty don’t show.
Set it up
- Open your team (Teams in the menu), then Business Card in the team’s menu. Only owners and admins see it.
- Linq starts the page from what your team has already: its name, brand color, website and everyone’s live team cards. Fill in the rest, section by section. The preview on the right shows the page as you type.
- Select Save at the bottom of the screen, then Publish.
No team yet? After you upgrade to Business, Set up your Business Card creates your team first, then opens the page.
On Pro, Business Card shows a preview of your page, already started from your team, with the way to upgrade.
Sections
Basics
Your business name, category (like “Coffee shop” or “Law firm”), the year you were founded, a one-line tagline, an about text, your logo, a cover image and your brand color. Without a brand color, the page uses your team’s.
Contact
Phone, WhatsApp, email and website, plus links to your social profiles.
Main button
The main button is the big button at the top of the page: choose what it says (Book now, Order online, Get a quote, See the menu, Shop now or Contact us) and the link it opens, like your booking page.
Location
Your street address gives customers a map and one-tap directions. If you go to your customers instead, add the area you serve. The map only loads when a visitor selects Show map.
Hours
Tick the days you’re open and set your hours; add up to three ranges a day for a lunch break, or hours that run past midnight. Copy Monday to weekdays saves typing. Pick your time zone: the page shows Open, Closes soon, Opens soon or Closed from your hours, wherever the visitor is. Add a note for exceptions, like public holidays.
Services and prices, photos, reviews, questions
- Services & prices: up to 30, each with an optional price and description.
- Photos: up to 12, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB each.
- Reviews: up to 12, with the customer’s name, 1 to 5 stars and what they said. Only add real reviews you have permission to share. Add the link where customers leave a review, like your Google review link, and the page shows Write a review.
- Questions & answers: up to 12.
Highlights
Tap the ones that apply (Wheelchair accessible, Free Wi-Fi, By appointment…) or add your own.
Team
Show our team on the page lists everyone’s live team card. Each opens that person’s card, where visitors can save their contact. Team cards link back to the Business Card too, with Part of and your business name.
Messages
The page’s Get in touch form sends visitors’ details and message to one person’s Contacts, like any contact shared from a card: they get the usual notifications, and integrations send it to your CRM. Choose who under Messages go to; by default it’s the person who created the team.
Page link
Your Business Card’s address. Use 3–30 lowercase letters, numbers or dashes. Changing it changes the address you share: the old one stops working.
Share it
Once it’s live, the editor shows your page’s link and a QR code to download and print for your counter, door or flyers. Every team member’s card links to it too.
Performance
The Performance panel shows the last 30 days: views, calls, directions, website visits, button taps and saves, with a chart of daily views. Visits from link previews and bots aren’t counted.
Take it offline
Select Take offline in the editor to hide the page. Nothing is deleted; select Publish to put it back.
If Business ends (you cancel or switch to Pro), the page goes offline at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted, and it comes back as it was when you return to Business.
