Refund Policy

Linq doesn't offer refunds. You can cancel anytime: you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged next month.

Last updated October 24, 2026

The short version

  • We don't offer refunds, including for partly used months or unused seats.
  • You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing, or in PayPal. You won't be charged next month.
  • You keep Pro, and any extra seats, until the end of the period you've already paid for.

This summary helps you find your way; the full text below is what applies.

No refunds

All payments for Linq Pro and extra team seats are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • the rest of a month after you cancel;
  • months in which you didn’t use Linq;
  • extra seats you didn’t use, or removed before the end of the month;
  • moving from Pro to the Free plan.

Linq’s Free plan lets you try Linq for as long as you like before you pay, so you can be sure it’s right for you.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you want, and you won’t be charged next month.

  1. In the Linq app, open Plan (on your phone, it’s under More).
  2. Select Cancel subscription, then confirm.

You can also cancel from your PayPal account, under Automatic payments.

After you cancel:

  • No further payments are taken.
  • You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. The date is shown on the Plan page and in the email we send you.
  • After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your main card stays online, and your contacts stay in your account. Extra cards and teams are paused until you upgrade again.
  • Changed your mind? You can turn renewal back on from the Plan page. If you do it before your paid time ends, billing starts again only when it runs out.

Extra team seats

Extra seats are billed as their own monthly subscription.

  • To pay for fewer seats, lower the number on your team’s Plan & seats page. The new, lower amount applies from your next billing date. Seats you remove stay available until then.
  • Setting extra seats to zero cancels the seat subscription: you won’t be charged for them again.
  • Cancelling Pro cancels your extra seats too.

As with Pro, seat payments already made aren’t refunded.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged after you cancelled, or charged twice for the same period, email us at hello@linq-business.com within 30 days of the charge with the email address on your account and the PayPal transaction ID. If we made a mistake, we’ll correct it. This covers charges made in error, not refunds of valid payments.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal: we’d rather sort it out with you directly, and it’s usually faster.

Your legal rights

If you’re a consumer in a country that gives you a right to withdraw from online purchases (for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom): when you subscribe, you ask us to start providing Linq Pro straight away, and you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once Pro is activated.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
