Yes, with Pro you can keep up to 10 cards, such as one per business or role, and switch between them in the app. If you go back to Free, your main card stays online and the others are paused until you upgrade again.

No. The team's owner needs Pro, which includes 3 seats: the owner and two colleagues. Each extra member is $2.99 a month, paid by the owner. Colleagues join with their own free account.

Every member, and every invitation not yet accepted, uses a seat. Owners add or remove extra seats on the team's Plan & seats page, at $2.99 a month each through PayPal. A change applies from the next billing date.

No. Physical NFC cards work with both plans: one tap opens your card either way.
