When can I order a Linq card?
We're opening card orders country by country. Design your card in the app and join the waitlist at checkout: we'll email you as soon as ordering opens where you are, and your saved design will be waiting.
How much will a card cost?
Prices will be announced when ordering opens in your country. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Do I need a physical card to use Linq?
No. Your digital card works on its own with your link and QR code. A physical card is an optional extra for people who like something to hand over.
I already have a Linq card. How do I use it?
Sign in, open Physical cards and choose Register a card. Enter the serial number and PIN printed on your card, and it starts opening your digital card right away.
What happens when I update my details?
Nothing to reprint. The card opens your digital card, so people always see your latest details after a tap or scan.
Which phones can read the card?
Most recent iPhones and Android phones read NFC cards without an app. Any phone with a camera can scan the QR code on the card.
